2. No Refund After Listing Publicatio
Once your CA or business listing:
- Has been approved
- Has been published live on the website
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Business closure
- Lack of inquiries or leads
- Dissatisfaction with visibility or results
3. Before Listing Approval
If a payment is made but the listing has not yet been published, refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.
4. Listing Removal
If you request removal of your listing after it has been published:
- The listing may be removed
- However, no refund will be provided
5. Payment Disputes
Filing false payment disputes or chargebacks after listing approval may result in:
- Permanent removal from ExpertGali
- Legal action, if necessary
